Charging arrangements for Organic Certificates

Charging for checks on Organic Certificate of Inspection

  Port Health make a charge of £45 to recover the costs for carrying out a documentary check on the Certificate of Inspection for imports of Organic Products. With effect from 1st June 2015 all charges will be processed through our accounts system, and will be applied at the time the documentation is received into the office. This means the fee will be taken in advance. We will no longer be sending out invoices. If you/ your clearing agent don't have a payment account with us, please contact our office to make arrangements. Further information on charges
